How to use LostaFound

Purge resolved items

1. Open Posts → Purge resolved items to preview eligible returned/closed records. The schedule is off by default.
2. Choose daily, weekly or every 30 days and a retention age. Type PURGE RESOLVED and confirm with your current password to enable permanent scheduled deletion, starting with the next worker run.
3. A recent validated backup is required. Financial-linked items and unresolved abuse are excluded. At most 100 items are removed per run. Backups/audits remain; deletion cannot be undone from the website. Disable the schedule to stop future purges.
