Install, refresh and update the phone app
- Android: use the download page and follow your device’s installation confirmation. Google Play publication requires the owner’s developer-account setup; do not assume the app is listed there.
- iPhone: open in Safari, Share → Add to Home Screen. This is a web app, not an App Store binary.
- Server screens update on reopening or refresh when online. Unsaved forms are protected from automatic reload. Native permission or package changes may still require an Android installation update.
